Thank you very much to the graduate students, alumni, and faculty who prepared this event despite your busy schedule and attended.
In particular, thank you for the great grace of graduate school president Jang Ha-yong and graduate school president Kim Moo-gon.
Also, Ryu Je-dong, the head of the press and information graduate school
Thank you to Jang Ye-won, Kwak Min-jeong, and Ahn Tae-mo also.
Thank you Lee Chang-kyung, chairman of the Korean Publishing Culture Association, for giving a congratulatory speech with good content.
Thank you to Chairman Kim Jong-soo, Professor Kim Kyung-do, and Professor Ryu Jeong-sook for attending.
Professor Lee Ji-kwan of Dongguk University's Department of Education and Professor Kim Tae-hong of the Department of Trade and Industry were appointed as the first president of the Graduate School of Information Industry in late 1987, and recruited the first freshmen. Relatives and friends discussed with Superintendent Kim Tae-hong, who runs a publishing company, and decided to characterize the educational goal of the major in publishing book and magazines as the field of electronic publishing(Computer Aided Publishing).
At that time, other graduate schools did not know about electronic publishing, but they made an excellent choice with their foresight. Ten years later, the Graduate School of Information Industry will be divided into the Computer and Media Publishing, and the Graduate School of Industry and the Media Information will be divided into the Graduate School of Industry and the Graduate School of Media and Information.
Over the past 30 years, Fatty lecturers have lectured more than 400 students at Singhu University, 1,200 students at Kaywon University, 2,000 people at Cyber Publishing University, and 3,800 people at the Korean Publishing and Culture Association's publishing university, making it meaningful for me to live my life. In addition, it is a great happiness and reward to me that more than 60 students have received a master's degree by teaching their dissertations while attending Dongguk University Graduate School of Journalism and Information in the evening for 28 years from 1988 to this year.
That fat instructor is a lucky man who was blessed with many blessings from his students.
My students made me a book called Hwagap Paper Book at the age of 60. And a Book from the Jikji Paper Book to Cloud book at the age of 65, and a book titled 'Publishing Is a Can' in the Spring to commemorate Go Hee(70 years old).
My friend, an honorary professor at Dankook University, is a famous novelist, and he says he is sad that he couldn't even read his letter of resignation because he had to be taken to the hospital due to his heart attack after spending all night writing the manuscript for his retirement. I wonder if I saved the country in my previous life, I retired from Kaywon University five years ago, and I'm also retiring from the graduate school as an adjunct professor today.
In order not to go against your expectations, Fatty Instructor has signed an MOU with Global Cyber University at the Korea eBook Academy and has been conducting special lectures on "publishing" for three years, and has been writing academic papers from time to time.
Once again, I would like to thank the graduate school president, faculty, and those who provided this opportunity.
